I started in financial services. That's where I learned how a real financial foundation gets built, how to manage risk, and how to protect assets when the worst case lands. It's also where I learned to think in branches, not straight lines.

From there I became an MLBPA Certified Agent. Sixty-plus athletes. More than a hundred million dollars in contracts negotiated. Rooms full of billion-dollar franchises and brand partners like Nike, Under Armour, and New Balance. The job taught me high-stakes negotiation from the broker's seat: finding the win-win between players and teams without compromising what my client actually came for. Fast pace. Quick decisions. Real money on the table.

Then eight years on the digital side, driving growth and change management through every major shift in how technology reshaped the way businesses run. Watching waves arrive. Watching companies ride them. Watching many struggle to survive. AI is the biggest wave yet, and the question I help businesses answer now is the one nobody gets to dodge: what does AI actually look like for you today, where is it going, and how fast do you need to move.

In 2026 I completed executive AI programs at MIT and Harvard. The conclusion was the same in every room: the way decisions get made inside a company is changing faster than the people making them.

CodeWrd is the answer I built. Different industries, same work underneath: helping smart people make better decisions.
